Cloud9nine is the brainchild of Mustaffa Hamadi & Aaron Cox who wanted to create a new and exciting Managed IT Services and Consulting firm which brought together Mustaffa’s 19+ years’ experience in owning & operating a successful Managed IT Services business responsible for supporting and implementing projects for some of QLD’s largest organisations including Queensland Airports and Aaron with over a decade of experience as Technology Leader responsible for managing in house support and development of IT strategy for Australasia’s largest top tier law firm MinterEllison. 

With a combined 30+ years of experience in Managed IT services & running inhouse support and developing IT systems for international top tier professional service firms, we bring our experience and know how to provide all of our clients regardless of size and budget the same professional approach to managing their day to day IT needs and development of IT strategy that they would find in a world class internal IT team. 

Aaron is an experienced technology leader with over 15 years’ experience, including over a decade as technology leader for an office of major international law firm Minter Ellison in Australia.

Aaron assists organisations devise and then implement digital transformation, navigate the changing cyber/information security & compliance landscape while ensuring value is achieved through business aligned IT strategy, enterprise architecture design, project management and advisory services.

Aaron holds a diploma in Project Management, is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (CSAA), Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert (MCASAE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Office 365.

Mustaffa is a network and systems engineer with a passion for all things technology since the early computing days. Mustaffa brings with him 19 years of experience in the IT industry. During this time he has provided consulting and implementation services for clients of all sizes across various sectors including Airports, Tourism, Legal, Real Estate, Construction, Financial and Retail.

Mustaffa is highly motivated and experienced in many areas of information technology. His specialties include design and implementation of core Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, VMware Vsphere virtualization, Cisco UCS, Storage technologies, Cisco Routing, switching, security, wireless and VPN
